At Lifestyle at Heart, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. All returns require an authorization. To initiate a return, please contact customer service. Returns received without authorization may be subject to processing delays or may be sent back to the sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact customer service. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price than the original item, we will process a price adjustment accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Face masks
  • Earrings
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with their return. These costs are non-refundable.
