Local In-Store Pickup
For your convenience, we offer a local pickup option.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packaged and ready for you.
- Pickup Process: Please have your order number and name available when you arrive to collect your items.
- Pickup Window: All orders must be picked up within 60 days of the order date. Due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold items beyond this timeframe. Unclaimed orders after this period will be considered a donation, and no refund will be issued.
Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time:
All online orders are processed and prepared for shipment twice weekly. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Tracking:
- We primarily use major carriers for reliable delivery.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
- All shipments are insured for your protection.
Shipping Rates:
We offer simple and transparent shipping options.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all qualifying orders.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard flat-rate shipping fee applies to all other orders.
Important Policies
Damaged Items:
We take great care in packing your orders. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within a short, specified period after delivery. To process your claim, we will require clear photographs of both the damaged product and its original packaging. All shipments are insured, and a refund will be issued upon carrier approval of the claim. We cannot accept damage reports submitted after the notification period.
Address Issues & Returned Packages:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any fees associated with re-shipment.
Inventory Availability:
Our online inventory is connected to our in-store stock. While rare, an item may sell out before an online order is fulfilled. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund for the unavailable item. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues with product availability.
International Orders:
We are delighted to ship to several international destinations. Shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees imposed by the destination country.
Lost Packages:
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen from the delivery location. If your tracking shows a delivered status but you have not received your parcel, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. We are happy to assist you in initiating an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
